Sienna Place Apartments is a nice place to live. The maintenance staff is both friendly and highly competent. The office staff is responsive to inquiries and is also very friendly.
I have never had any problems with this complex, however, it is annoying that they don't tell you if you get a package. The neighbors are great, the dog park is great, there is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is safe.
We've lived here for a few weeks and so far we love it! We have great neighbors. Management and maintenance work really hard to keep this place looking nice. The only downside is the loud foreigners that live here that work with the Broadmoor. Overall it's an awesome place to live
This place is nice, but you know how it goes... Ppl come on here to complain about the most retarded things. I've lived here two years. I have never had a problem. Any time I needed something fixed, someone was out the same day. The guys taking care of the property have helped me dig myself out of snow multiple times when they didn't have to. It's quiet around here despite the amount of happy children running around. The girls in the office rotate a lot, and sometimes take awhile to communicate back. I've never worried about my car getting broken into or the safety of my home. It's not a bad place to live and they keep it clean. Never had issues with bug or mice or anything that I know other places in the springs deal with. The apartment itself is nice and updated. I love that my bedroom is so large for a one bedroom.
