We were able to tour the apartments yesterday and filled out an application last night. We heard back from Tiffany today and she was amazing! She processed our application today and we were able to sign our lease AND get our keys today! The process was so painless and speedy and Tiffany was on top of it every step of the way.

I have an excellent experience with the property management team. Suzette has been a steady hand at the helm for the two years that I have called this place home. They are always improving the amenities without raising the price of rent. Soon, we will be a gated community-they are in the process of installing both a car and pedestrian gate. In the last month, I have received an amazing high altitude, low flow toilet and the maintenance person even changed over my bidet. The relatively new mayor of Colorado Springs has improved the unhoused problem in the city. I live and work in Colorado Springs and could not be happier with the arrangement.

I recently moved into Sienna Place, my family and I love it here! There’s so many things to do and Suzette the property manager is just spectacular, always ready to help. Tiffany the leasing consultant made the whole move in process so easy. The maintenance team has gone above and beyond for us already , Dave the maintenance supervisor made sure me and my family had heat for the cold winter days. We had a work order and Tim came right away! I’m talking within the hour! Hands down best place to call home. 😀

Leaving this place is bittersweet. I’ve enjoyed living in this apartment complex for about seven years, initially drawn by its pricing, especially since rent in Colorado Springs is high. The Property Manager, Suzette Pacheco, and her team were always professional and helpful, providing positive responses to any questions. However, the real stars are the maintenance crew: Dave, who’s always busy yet takes time to explain things, and Tim, with his approachable manner and positive attitude. Shout out to Stephon and Jacob too. I had great neighbors and no drama. With more military folks moving in, if I'm ever stationed at Fort Carson again, I’d choose Sienna Place.

Been living here for a few years now and they have always taken care of us! Maintenence has been prompt, and unlike other complex's, their 24 hour emergency maintenence line works! I love looking at the flowers they plant and pool facilities are well maintained! Whenever I need to visit the office, Suzette has always been welcoming. I never feel like a stranger here!

*** Updated teview.... we did get accepted and are so happy to have a home. It's very hard and demoralizing to be even just on the edges of homelessness, and so much more secure to have a real place not a motel, not a friends house I personally want to give serious gratitude and the utmost thanks to Tiffany, I know she was a big help making this happen for us.you have got our loya.ty and respect, we will strive to be the residents that were worth going to bat for. This lovely place is tucked away off main shopping centers to the left and right. Sienna Place has a pool, playground, dog park and more. Tiffany and Suzette worked tirelessly to help you make this your home. Various schools surround this large community, offering friendly staff and happy kiddos. Mountain views are next to none. Floor plans are spacious and come with lots of amenities.

I've been here for 2 years now, and overall, I'm happy with this place. I definitely feel like the rent is too high, but the maintenance and office people are super cool, and they all do their best to make it nice for everyone. They are always doing updates to different things, and they put on fun events for the community. The teens here are kind of troublesome but nothing too much. They've always gotten my work orders done pretty quickly. Neighbors are always interesting, definitely some good ones and some weird ones, some you wish you never had to see again and all the in between.

Just today I won 100 for keeping my own apartment clean. Who wouldn’t want to live here after that. If you want a good community to live in with good employees this is the place. Sienna place seems like a nice and comfortable Place to live. The property is comparable to others like it but what sets this complex apart is Marina. Marina is extremely likeable, professional and quote funny. Even when things seem chatoic,, she has a welcoming smile on her face. Her level of customer service isn't one you can teach. I recommend her for all oc your residential needs. The property itself is homey and affordable as well.

In my second year here, I’ll start by saying it may not be the prettiest(building color could be updated) but for the location it isn’t terrible. Fairly quiet complex, a few renovations could be made (again it’s an old complex) I won’t comment on pricing, is what it is now a days anywhere in CO. I see reviews giving the staff few stars/poor comments that sorta thing but in my experience the staff is what makes this complex. Not only did they answer any/all questions I had on move in day, the leasing rep was clear on rent, fees, additional dues at that time and when it was time for renewal Rose was beyond helpful in answering questions before signing another 12 month. Management is welcoming & patient, I’ve spoken to them on more than one occasion and any concern I had was handled. The maintenance staff those guys are AMAZING, respectful and professional. Israel is the gentleman who has fixed/replaced things around my apartment and each time he keeps it clean, he makes sure it works, follows up and does a wonderful job.

I'm the type of person I don't go by what others say I find out for my self I have no problem with the entire staff. I need help they are their Maintenance is awesome Office staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family I noticed that some of the tenants complain about grounds not clean - well I only can say this - don't throw your trash on the ground there are many dumpster on property and in my opinion it's not the staffs fault tenants don't use dumpsters The entire staff is doing a great job making a decent place to live for all of us I speak from my heart for my son and I.

It was getting extremely hot and we had no working air conditioning, they sent Noble over to our apartment and he did an amazing quick job removing and replacing the old a/c unit , we have had other issues that needed to be fixed in the past they sent over different guys whom I’ve seen struggle to fix stuff for us …this is our first time being serviced by Noble and he gets the job done and knows his stuff

The people at the front office have always been kind curtious and prompt while handling any issues I've had. I could honestly fill this post with arguments against a large majority of the complaints I've read. Instead I'll just tell you to read your lease and be aware of your responsibilities as a tenant and to take them seriously, it is a contract after all...

Sienna place buildings don’t look good as new other places but they have great maintenances! I know one of them - Tim. He is a kind people. He is friendly and always help out everyone. Last time we found a lost dog without name-tag, when we walked her around, Tim saw us and helped to find her apartments. After that, he always gives us great greeting whenever we meet. And he enthusiastically helped to fix water pipe in our apt. I feel comfortable while living here!

I love living here!! I’ve had no issues with pests, the entire complex is very well maintained, they even make a point to make sure the heater has maintenance done regularly which is unheard of anywhere else I’ve lived. Anytime I’ve called for something to be fixed or even looked at, they send someone the same day! Chris in the office has been awesome since day one. Every time I come in he’s always helpful and pleasant to talk to. Even on days where I’ve come in upset about something that’s not even their fault he’s been calm, professional, and helpful. This guy really goes above and beyond. I have absolutely zero complaints about these apartments. Everyone including the maintenance guys are wonderful. Wish I could give 10 stars!!

I gave them 4 stars because they gave me a chance when no one else would. It’s an old apt and could use some upgrades but the rent is reasonable (but goes up each year). I definitely appreciate the staff. I love Christopher. He’s on top of his job! They all really try to make it homey for the tenants. I have some pretty amazing neighbors too. There are some bad apples but otherwise hard working people live here. Maintenance always responds to issues promptly. It’s a decent place to live. Some advice: don’t be late on the rent.

I have been living here for about a year and a half and i can definitely say that the management, while by the book and enforcing the rules, are very nice and friendly. If ups or amazon doesn’t drop my packages off at the office while I’m not there, Chris has gone and grabbed it for me! Straight shooters and respectable! You get what you pay for but everyone minds they business. I would say the my reason for four stars in parking. While it’s really the best parking i have found, when people have company there are rarely spots. I would suggest a visitor parking but hey, beggars can’t be choosers and I’ll deal with the price they have given me! Thanks guys!

The staff are friendly and outgoing. There is always a monthly event happening for residents to get involved, sort of a meet and greet. I love the conveniences Sienna Place has to offer such as it's business center (computer/printer access), a movie room with comfy lounge chairs (this comes in handy when I have my grandkids over), and an exercise room! I do not have to make an extra trip to the library or pay for a membership just to get fit! Whenever I had maintenance issues, it was addressed in a timely manner. They always kept the lines of communication open especially if something was going to take a little more time to fix. If I had any concerns I always felt confident to bring my concerns to them and know that they will do their best in trying to address any issue I had. So why not give them 5 stars? Well as with many other apartments and neighborhoods there are things that are going to take place that are not within the control of Sienna Place, such as theft, transients, and noise. It doesn't happen often, but when it does occur from time to time, Sienna Place does try to resolve it to the best of their ability. And as far as bugs (bed bugs and roaches) I have never had them in my apartment the whole time living at Sienna Place, thank goodness!!! Oh, and they are great at doing safety routine maintenance checks on your fire/carbon smoke alarms, and water heaters as well as routine bug spraying. As with any review, it's just someone's else's opinions/perspective on what they feel about a person, place, or thing. So this is my review, but as you already know, unless you try it out for yourself, no ones review is completely an accurate idea of how your stay is going to be!!!

I’m a single mom, so finding a place that was friendly and safe was very important, and they are doing a great job here. It’s a very pet friend community, with a dog park if it’s own. Any time I needed something fixed, someone was out the same day. The guys taking care of the property have helped me dig myself out of snow multiple times when they didn't have to. It's quiet around here despite the amount of happy children running around. The girls in the office rotate a lot, and sometimes take awhile to communicate back. I've never worried about my car getting broken into or the safety of my home. It's not a bad place to live and they keep it clean. Never had issues with bug or mice or anything that I know other places in the springs deal with. The apartment itself is nice and updated. I love that my bedroom is so large for a one bedroom.
