Excellent! I applied in the evening one day, and they had me moved in the next day. Suzette and Seleena worked hard for multiple hours ensuring everything was in order. They were very helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable — going above and beyond to make the whole move-in a positive experience. I'm loving my new apartment. Highly recommend renting from Sienna Place Apartments!

We had such a great experience working with Suzette and the team at Sienna Place Apartments during our recent photo shoot. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, organized, and easy to work with from start to finish. The property looked fantastic and was clearly very well cared for, which made photographing the community a pleasure. We were also impressed by how friendly the residents were throughout the shoot—it really added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the property. A huge thank you to Suzette and the entire Sienna Place team for making the experience so enjoyable. Sienna Place is a beautiful Colorado Springs community with a wonderful team and a great group of residents!

One of the best things about living here is the maintenance team, especially Stephon. He is absolutely amazing! He always has a positive attitude, is friendly and helpful, and genuinely seems to care about the residents. Even 20 work orders later, same great attitude. He remembered my son’s name, which really stood out to me and showed how personable and thoughtful he is. It’s little things like that that make a big difference.

Its a nice a place. And the ladies are really friendly and nice!

My husband and I moved here in February of 2026. It's been the best experience we have ever had. A remodeled 2 bedroom unit, for $900 monthly. Staff has been most helpful, and are always available for anything we need. Love it here and it's peaceful and quiet and accepting animals also. Best part NO BUGS. Thank you staff.

I moved in last week and I love the apartments. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. They get you moved in with the quickness. Maintenance is wonderful too. Any problems you got they come real quick to fix the issue. The apartment its self is nice especially for the price. I’m thankful I found this place.

I have lived here many years the office and maintenance team take pride in the community always making improvements and great resident events. Really enjoy the pool and dog park.
